You can manage how you choose to receive your Courseplay newsletter. If you still wish to completely opt-out from receiving future emails (which may include but not limited to important notice and promotional discounts, etc), you can click on the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of our newsletter. Do take note that once you have unsubscribed, you will not be able to resubscribe using the same email address.

All information submitted are encrypted, so you can be confident that your personal information will be kept safe and secure.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

No. There are no recurring fees or hidden costs. All courses on Courseplay require only a one-time payment to enjoy full, unlimited access for the course you purchased.

Yes. We enroll students from over 20 countries so we understand your need to go local. We accept most major currencies that you will find at the checkout page. Choose one that you prefer.

There are many possible reasons for a credit/debit card not being accepted:

  • The card has expired.

  • You have reached your credit limit.

  • You have exceeded your daily charge limit.

Try making payment with another card. If you still experience difficulties with payment, please contact us here.

Yes, that is possible. You can use a debit card for payment or request for a wired-transfer alternative. Please contact us here.

Yes. Many of our students are sponsored or enrolled by their companies. Please submit a request for an invoice here.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

If you do not have access to the lessons or you find your course missing from your account, it might be because you have used a different email address when purchasing than what you initially used to register your account. When this happens, you have two separate user accounts. Try signing in to the right account where your course is stored.

Technical difficulties can happen for a number of reasons. Here are a couple of solutions that may solve these issues:

 

  • Update your internet browser to its latest version will often help. We support Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer.

  • Check your internet connection. A weak connection may cause slow loading or buffering time.

  • Clear your cache history. Just clearing out some data and cookies may fix this issue.

  • Restart your browser and sign back in to your Courseplay account.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

Your feedback is important to us. After watching the last lesson, you will be prompt to leave a review and share your feedback for the course you have just completed.

Depending on the course you sign up for, you may be asked to subscribe to a relevant third-party software (or go with a free trial) of your choice to complete a full learning experience but that is entirely up to you.

You can’t download the course lessons to any device, but they are available to stream online whenever you want.

Yes. All our courses come with subtitles in every lesson. To find out what languages are available, please refer to the individual course page for more information.

While we want you to learn risk free, we must also protect the interest of our students as well as our instructors from fraud. So all courses purchased on Courseplay are only eligible for credit refunds within 14 days provided the request meets our Refund and Cancellation guidelines.

We do not permit students to share their courses with anyone. Only the registered user is allowed to access and watch on Courseplay. We may detect suspicious activity based on IP addresses and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without the eligibility of refunds. COURSE & CONTENT

You need to register for an account to complete your payment process. Once this is complete, you can sign in to access and watch your course any time.

If you have a registered account, you can sign in using the Login option in the navigation at the top of the website, or Click Here to Login.

Yes. After you sign in to your account, follow these steps to update your password:

 

  • At your Student dashboard, click on the 'Avatar' at the top-right header.

  • Click on 'My Account'.

  • Select 'Password' on the left menu.

  • Enter your new password under 'Change Password' and 'Retype Password'.

  • Enter your original password under 'Current Password'.

  • Click Update.

  • Your new password is now active.

If you have forgotten or misplaced your password, try the following steps:

  • At the homepage, click on the 'Login' button at the top-right header.

  • During sign in, click on 'Forgot Password'.

  • Enter your email address that you used to create your account.

  • Click 'Submit' and the password reset instructions will be sent to your email.

  • Look out for the email in your inbox and follow the steps to reset your password.​
     

Note: Courseplay emails may land in your junk/filtered folders, rather than in your inbox. Be sure to check these if you haven't received your password reset instructions. If this isn't in any of your folders, please Contact our support team and we will assist you further.

There could be many possible reasons that you can’t sign in to Courseplay:

 

  • The email or password you entered is incorrect.

  • The internet that your device is connected to is unstable.

  • A computer at either end is having technical problems.

Yes. You can access and watch as many courses you like on the same account. In fact, we recommend using the same account as the best practice. This helps to prevent confusion when creating multiple accounts (not recommended) for the same user.

MY USER ACCOUNT

We are continually adding new courses to Courseplay. You can preview upcoming courses, get to know the instructors and more at our Coming Soon page. We also encourage you to join our mailing list as subscribers will receive instant updates and discount coupons as they are released.

At the moment, Courseplay is only available to stream using an internet browser via any internet-connected devices. For updates on product developments, subscribe to our mailing list and follow our social media channels.

Unlike other online learning platforms, Courseplay curates its teaching roster so our instructors are verified practitioners and experts in what they teach. If this is you, or you represent someone who fits this description, we love to hear from you! Please submit a request here.

GENERAL

Courseplay is a learn-on-demand platform streaming professionally produced online courses, designed to help anyone learn from and be inspired by the best, any place and time.

After completing your order at checkout, you will immediately receive an email with your purchased course link so you can start on the lessons right away. On days that you are busy, you can start at a later time since there is no time limit.

You’ll be prompt to register for an account during the payment process. Once this is complete, you can sign in any time to watch on Courseplay. When you buy one or more courses using the same user account, you will be able to access all your purchased courses under the same account.

You can stream Courseplay from any internet-connected devices such as your smart TV, smartphones, tablets, PCs, and laptops. All you really need is a good internet connection.

We understand not everyone learns at the same pace, but that's okay. When you sign up for any course, you are set for unlimited access so you can pause, pick up where you left off, or replay any lesson as many times you want when you need a refresher.

Courseplay does not currently allow for offline viewing and requires an internet connection to stream the courses through a registered user account.
